Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the service whose qualities and sale price are stated below and which the Buyer ordered electronically through the Seller's website www.yarinabi.com.

Article 4 - General Provisions
4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and been informed about the preliminary information regarding the essential qualities, sale price and payment method of the service subject to the agreement on the www.yarinabi.com website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The service subject to the agreement is delivered to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated within the period explained in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence for each service, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
4.3. If the service subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if that person/organization refuses to accept the delivery.
4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the service subject to the agreement in sound and complete condition, in accordance with the qualities stated in the order, together with any warranty documents and user manuals.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the service subject to the agreement to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be given to the Seller by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the service must not have been used.
5.2. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the service delivered to a third party or to the Buyer must be returned together with the delivery document showing that it was sent to the Seller. The service fee is refunded to the Buyer within 10 (ten) days following receipt of these documents.
Article 6 - Cancellation and Refund Conditions
6.1. The Buyer may request cancellation within seven (7) days of the booking date. After the cancellation request reaches the Seller, the refund process will be started. Credit card refunds are completed within 2 to 6 weeks depending on the bank's procedure.
6.2. In cases where you believe you have suffered harm during the tour, the situation must be reported to the authorized tour guide and a report drawn up. Complaints made without the confirmation of the tour guide will not be taken into consideration.
Article 7 - Settlement of Disputes
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.
Article 8 - Entry into Force
When the Buyer makes the payment for the order placed through the www.yarinabi.com website, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The Seller confirms that this agreement has been read and accepted by the Buyer before the order is completed.
Article 9 - Execution
This agreement consists of 9 (nine) articles and has entered into force upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
