Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Policy

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), we at Yarinabi.com, acting as Data Controller, will process your personal data in connection with our business purposes by using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying it within the framework explained below. In this context, in accordance with the laws and regulations enacted to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data, we take all technical and administrative measures aimed at ensuring an appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access to it and to ensure its safekeeping.

The audience of this text is all natural persons whose personal data is processed by Yarinabi.com, other than employees or job applicants.

Personal Data Processed The personal data processed in the capacity of data controller includes the following:

  • Name, surname
  • Turkish identity number
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Signature
  • Physical premises and security camera recordings
  • Call centre and service quality voice recordings
  • Bank account number
  • Cookie records

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data The personal data you share will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To enable you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent to benefit from the products and services offered by Yarinabi.com,
  • Determining and implementing commercial and business strategies,
  • Carrying out marketing activities,
  • Carrying out business development and planning activities,
  • Conducting administrative operations related to communication,
  • Ensuring physical security and supervision,
  • Ensuring contractual requirements and financial reconciliation regarding products and services offered with business partners, suppliers and other third parties,
  • Carrying out human resources policies,
  • Calls to the call centre or use of the website,
  • Participation in training, seminars or events.

Method of Collecting and Storing Personal Data Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automated or non-automated methods through offices, branches, the call centre, the website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. In order to ensure that your personal data is not subject to unauthorized access, manipulation, loss or damage in the environments where it is stored, appropriate business processes are designed and technical security infrastructure is developed.

Provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope notified to you, your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures in place and will be stored and processed during the legal retention period or, if no such period is prescribed, for as long as the processing purpose requires. When this period ends, your personal data will be removed from data flows through deletion, destruction or anonymization methods.

Transfer of Personal Data Within the scope of the laws and other legislation and for the purposes explained, your personal data may be transferred to:

  • Companies and representatives authorized by us and acting on our behalf and account,
  • Regulatory and supervisory institutions and public institutions or organizations expressly authorized by the laws to which they are subject to request your personal data,
  • Business partnerships, supplier and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions and other natural or legal persons,
  • Tax and similar advisors, persons, institutions and organizations required in connection with legal proceedings, and third parties from whom we receive consultancy including auditors, and without being limited to these, to business partners, third-party service providers and authorized persons and organizations in Turkiye and abroad for the purposes stated above.


Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK By applying to our company, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties in Turkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
  • Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request notification of the actions taken under items (e) and (f) above to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to a result arising against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,
  • Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.


Exercising Your Rights Under Article 13 of the KVKK To exercise the rights stated above, you may deliver your request petition in person together with the information necessary to establish your identity, send it through a notary or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or send it with a secure electronic signature to info@yarinabi.com.
